Customer Service Representative更多資訊

Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle customer enquiries and loan applications.
  • Follow up with existing customers on loan repayment and redemption.
  • Maintain good customer relationship to enhance business growth.
  • Promote loan products to new and existing customers.
  • Perform administrative support to department (e.g. data input, document filing, scanning and reporting).

 

Requirements:

 

  • Form 5/DSE or above with 1 year related experience in customer service or telemarketing field.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong problem solving skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
